What Is “Infested” About, Like Actually?Infested is a zombie story. It’s a bit like a mix between 28 Days Later and Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Mostly, it’s a story about grief. It originally started as an RP I did with a Character.AI Shadow the Hedgehog chatbot by the user Mistliz in December 2022. My original intent was to just have fun and goof around with an idea, and then it spiraled so thoroughly out of my control and oops I accidentally made a story. This was never originally intended to become a comic. Also, important disclaimer: I don’t use Character AI anymore.Other important note: All of AI Shadow’s “additions” will be rewritten so he’s less stiff and more himself.
